A Blog Audit That Tells You Exactly What to Fix First

You’ve been showing up. Writing the posts, learning the SEO, trying the strategies you find online. And somewhere in the back of your mind, there’s a question you can’t quite shake:

Is any of this actually working?

Why A Blog Audit?

ou Don't Need More Advice. You Need to Know What's Actually True.

There’s no shortage of blogging advice out there. Templates, threads, “10 SEO tips” round-ups, YouTube tutorials at 2x speed. You’ve probably tried a lot of it.

The problem isn’t a lack of information. It’s not knowing which advice actually applies to your blog. Which changes would genuinely move the needle versus just adding another item to your to-do list?

Maybe your traffic has stalled. Maybe you’re getting readers but no revenue. Maybe you genuinely don’t know if the problem is your content, your SEO, your site itself, or something you haven’t even thought to look at.

A blog audit isn’t a report card. It’s a diagnosis — a clear, honest look at what’s helping your blog and what’s quietly holding it back, from someone who’s spent 20+ years in PR and marketing and 15 years building blogs of her own.

That’s the blind spot a blog audit fixes. Not more noise. A clear-eyed, expert read on exactly where you stand.

What Changes When You Have a Blog Coach

Instead of guessing, you'll have:

You’ll finally know where to spend your time — and just as importantly, where to stop wasting it.

Blog Audit - How it works

The Experience Behind Your Audit

I bring 20+ years of experience as a PR professional, and today I work as a digital marketer and SEO copywriter — with 15 years spent building and monetizing my own blogs along the way. In addition to blogging skills, I bring social media marketing and Pinterest insights to the table. Tailwind has recognized me as a top Pinterest educator and influencer.

With my blog audit services, when I tell you what’s working and what isn’t, it’s coming from someone who’s done it, not just studied it.

Choose Your Blog Audit

Every blog is at a different stage, so this isn’t one-size-fits-all. Start with the audit that matches where you actually are.

Blog Audit - Beginner

Foundational Blog Audit

$300

Includes your full audit report + a 60-minute walkthrough call

Best for: newer bloggers, or anyone who’s never had a professional review the bones of their site.

Before you can grow, your blog needs to be built right. This audit reviews the core elements that everything else depends on:

  • User experience
  • Theme & branding
  • Brand messaging
  • Technical performance (page speed)
  • On-page SEO fundamentals
  • Content structure
  • Content strategy

You’ll walk away knowing in this blog growth audit is exactly what’s solid, what’s shaky, and what to fix before you invest another hour creating content on top of it.

Blog Audit - Growth and Monetization

Growth & Monetization Audit

$450

Includes your full audit report + a 60-minute walkthrough call

Best for: established bloggers with real traffic who are ready to turn that audience into consistent income.

This is the audit for the question that actually matters: why isn’t this making money yet?

You have solid traffic, but you’re probably leaving income on the table. Your audience isn’t just buying what you’re selling. This audit finds exactly where that’s happening.

  • SEO, keyword & ranking performance for key sales/revenue pages
  • Content strategy for growth
  • Email marketing & newsletter setup review
  • Sales pages and digital product or store review (if applicable)
  • Monetization gap analysis: what’s missing from your income strategy entirely

You’ll get a clear, prioritized plan for turning the audience you’ve already built into the income you’re working toward.

FAQs

You've got questions? I've got the answers!

Both. With my blog audits, based on my findings I share next steps and tips on how to improve the issue. If needed, I’ll walk you through it during our review video session.

No. Your audit,  including your report and our 60-minute call, are in most cases all that is needed. Some clients choose to follow up with one or more coaching sessions for hands-on implementation, but that’s entirely optional.

If you’re interested in doing a blog audit with additional sessions for accountability, support and more in-depth work together, you have this option available to you.

From the time you purchase the blog audit and share with me your website, and analytics access, it takes me a few days to review your site and develop the report with my findings. The session date is dependent on availability on both our sides. On average, we do the media audit a week after purchase.

Automated tools can tell you what your numbers are. They can’t tell you why they are what they are, or what to actually do about it. This audit is from the perspective of a human strategist’s eye. It’s not a scan an SEO tool or AI can provide you.

This is fine – and we can move it without any issues. I just ask that you try to give me some notice (at minimum 24 hrs) as I can potentially serve another client during that missed time.

If you’ve never had a professional review your blog’s foundation, start there. If your foundation is solid and you’re ready to focus on income, go straight to the Growth & Monetization Audit.
